The house is in the Valcalepio, a district renowned for its vineyards and its wine, at only a few kilometres from the centre of Bergamo and the international Orio al Serio airport.

The nearby motorway provides ease of access to the house and to the attractions of Bergamo and its province, of Lombardy and Veneto.

Lake Endine and Iseo and the Orobian Alps can be the setting for hikes, high or medium altitude treks or cycling tours. La Rossera golf club is adjoining the house and in the vicinity a riding club offers the opportunity to practise horse sports.

The resort is located five kilometers from the spa of Trescore, this thermal spa is famous for their sulphurous water-chloride-sodium that are among the richest of hydrogen sulfide in Italy, used since Roman times.
